The latest version of Firefox is now available for consumption!
Mozilla have implemented several updates including full support for persona’s, speed, security and stability updates.

Finally after much waiting Apple has finished their update to Boot Camp for full Windows 7 support.
“This update adds support for Microsoft Windows 7 (Home Premium, Professional, and Ultimate), addresses issues with the Apple trackpad, turns off the red digital audio port LED on laptop computers when it is not being used, and supports the Apple wireless keyboard and Apple Magic mouse.”
The Cleaner 2010 claims to be the best Malware Removal App on the market and says it can prove how good it is (in a nice graph) compared to the other apps available.
MyPorts is a very useful port scanning tool which will show you all the current open ports on your machine.
The blurb from the site says “MyPorts 2010 is a program specifically designed to inspect system TCP and UDP ports and find open ones, The program displays local port and Address, remote port and address and which process owns the open port. This could be useful to find trojans, keyloggers or other malware “listening” for incoming calls”

A new app from FileHippo aims to check all your installed apps for their latest versions and install/update them.
First impressions are very good, the app quickly scans your Program Files directory and retrieves the latest build info from their relevant home pages.
The app also comes as a standalone .exe so no installation necessary, and that makes it nicely portable. 
The Win key now performs quite a few useful shortcuts and if you combine these with Launchy you’ll be in shortcut heaven
